The zip and link Hypnos mattresses are very popular with hotels. These mattresses can be split into two along with the Divan bed, changing the sleeping arrangements from a double to two single beds.

Hypnos Beds Sizes
All beds are available in standard bed sizes, and are also available as part of a made-to-measure service enabling the beds to be customised to occupy all size and shape preferences. Hypnos has a high standard bespoke reputation creating made-to-measure beds and can also make larger and longer customised divan sets or indeed a non-standard size of mattress to fit an existing bed frame. Typically, the craftsmen make beds up to 215 x 215 cm (approx. 7’ x 7’). Hypnos can also make special shaped beds, from mattresses with cut-out corners for a four-poster bed frame, to curved beds or even tapered V beds to fit into a boat’s berth. Hypnos also provides an efficient Fabric Service, offering a wide variety of upholstery colours and textures.
Small Single – 75 x 190 cm – a space saving narrow single bed, ideal for children and small rooms
Singles – 90 x 190 cm – a standard single bed size for either adults or children
Doubles – 135 x 190 cm – a classic double bed size, offering the minimum space for couples
King – 150 x 200 cm – stretch out in a slightly larger double bed with slightly more room
Super King – 180 x 200 cm – more luxury for couples to spread out in peace and comfort with plenty of space for each person
Emperor – 200 x 200 cm – the largest and most luxurious standard size
Bespoke – the team can create any bed shape or size with special mattress to fit the bed frame
